今日は滋賀県立大学内で行われた『ミツバチの羽音と地球の回転』滋賀初上映会に出店ブースを設けさせて頂きました。事前の準備にも参加することでイベントの主催者側の努力や苦労といった点も知ることができました。皆様ありがとうございます。
今回はオーディオブック原発震災の宣伝をメインしました。上映前は席取りに急ぐ方が多く立ち止まる方もいませんでした。上映後はゆったりした気分で各ブースを探索される方がいましたが、それでも食品ブースが主流だったという結果とななりました。
しかし、２０人ほどの方が積極的にブースに立寄ってくださり、長時間のトークへと結びつくことができて楽しい時間を過ごせることができました。反原発、持続可能な社会への実現をテーマにした今回の映画でしたので、環境に関する意識が高く、立ち寄られた方の熱心さには感動してしまいました。次の時代の「うねり」はこうした市民活動家の活躍から起こるのでしょう。
映画の内容は記載しませんが、是非観て欲しいと思います。反原発活動をしても次のビジョンが見出せなければ閉塞感で押しつぶされてしまいますが、この映画はスウェーデンの取り組みを紹介して向光性を示しています。
隣国の中国では原発ラッシュが続いていますが、汚職や手抜きが横行しています。急速にその数が増加すれば技術者不足も発生し大きな災害へと結びつくことは間違い有りません。すると汚染された空気が日本にもやってきて私達の生活を脅かしてしまいます。

日本のことだけでなく世界の視点から日本を見つめると、この国が貴重な資源を保有し、豊かな国であることを実感することができます。新しい時代を実現するには、みつばちの羽音のように小さいかもしれませんが、私達ひとりひとりの勇気ある行動が不可欠なのです。

私は、福井県で脱原発の活動を続けています。 本業は、和紙の販売会社経営です。
六ヶ所村と上関原発計画は、鎌中監督の映画で全国に知られるようになりました。敦賀の高速増殖炉もんじゅは、再処理工場と密接な関係にありますが、マスコミの怠慢もあり、たとえば去年おきた燃料中継装置が炉内に落下した事故など、県外の国民にはほとんど知らされていないようです。 暴走しやすく、地震にとりわけ弱く、金属ナトリウムを使う危険など、国民にもっと知っていただきたいものです。
福井の人は大人しく控えめな県民性のためか、脱原発の声も大きな広がりになりません。人口も、県全体で80万人と難しい面はあります。そこで、県外に出た福井県人に原発の現状を知らせる方法はないか、と腐心しています。地元にいると原発の問題に慣れっこになり 不感症になっているきらいがあるのですが、 県外に出た同級生などから、「福井はこのままでよいのか」 と叱咤されれば、考えはじめるかもしれません。
昨年、私は「福井の山と川と海と原発」と 「生き残れない原子力防災計画」の二冊の本を書きました。
本の中では、もんじゅを担当する核燃機構(現在は看板を架け替えた) が、市議や県議を毎夜のごとく二次会・三次会を含む宴席に接待していたことも書きました。情報公開で出てきた3年間の資料だけで、約1億5000万円もの「研究開発費」を接待に流用していたのです。 このことを新聞社はどこも書きませんでした。 なぜなら、各社記者が(80%のシェアを誇る地方紙は部長クラスまで) 接待づけになっていたからです。
