１番の危険性は、プルトニウムが「吸い込むと１ｇで約50万人を肺ガンにできる」猛毒物質であることと、核兵器の材料であることです。プルサーマルが実施されると猛毒の核兵器材料が国中で大量消費・大量移送されることになります。十分な安全対策が可能でしょうか。
